We can help you if you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Emergency Help

Emergency temporary accommodation

Housing NSW provides emergency temporary accommodation in low-cost hotels, motels, caravan parks and similar accommodation for people who are or homeless or experience a housing crisis. For further information please contact your local Housing NSW office for more information.

After Hours HelpTemporary Accommodation

To get details about temporary accommodation outside of office hours, call 1800 152 152 (freecall).

 

The line is open from Monday to Friday from 4.30pm to 10pm, and on weekends and public holidays from 10am to 10pm.

 

Business Hours Help

Contact your local housing provider

You can contact your nearest Housing Pathways participating housing provider for advice and assistance. They can also help you to apply for longer term housing. Homeless Persons Information Centre

The Homeless Persons Information Centre (HPIC) is a telephone information and referral service, which operates seven days a week from 9am-1pm and 2pm-10pm.

Help for young people in housing crisis

Call the Youth Accommodation Line on 96985833 (Sydney) or 1800 424 830 (Country NSW).

Help for the hearing impaired
