Existing social housing tenants can apply for a transfer to another property if a change in their circumstances makes their existing property or location no longer suitable.
The social housing provider with whom the tenant is currently housed is responsible for assessing a tenant’s application for transfer.
Existing social housing tenants can apply for a transfer by completing the Application for Housing Assistance Form.
