Receive DCJ Housing letters online and update your letter delivery preferences
Easier access to your housing letters
Email is the quickest and easiest way for DCJ Housing clients to receive certain letters from us. A secure link will be in your email, which opens to a pdf copy of the letter. You can also chose to receive some letters by SMS. This text message will also have a secure link where you can access the letter.
There are lots of great reasons to use eLetters:
- you will receive your letters quicker
- you can view, print or save them
- it’s convenient – receive and view your letter anytime, anywhere
- you’re helping the environment by reducing paper
Note* not all our letters are suitable for SMS or email, so you may still receive some by post.

It’s important for you to provide us with your contact details and keep them up to date so that we can provide you with a quick, secure and convenient way to receive letters. You can do this easily online by filling out our simple online form that you can access by clicking on the button below.
